1. The service

PainPal (pain and activities), BrainPal (mood and stress) and HealthPal (sleep, weight and energy) let you log your days, CashPal lets you plan income and expenses manually without a bank connection, and OnePal combines the Pals you have connected (it cannot be used on its own). You can view your history and trends, receive rule-based tips derived from your own logs, and export your diary (for example as a PDF for your doctor). Functionality may change as the product evolves.

2. Not medical or financial advice

The Pals are diaries and planners, not medical devices. The tips they show are based only on what you logged and are provided for informational purposes. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Likewise, CashPal only calculates with the amounts you enter and is not financial advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health, and never delay seeking care because of something you read in the app.

3. Your account

You must create an account to use OnePal and confirm your email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful or abusive purpose;
• attempt to access data belonging to other users;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
• scrape, overload, or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the Service;
• resell or sublicense the Service without our written agreement.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to the diary entries you create in OnePal. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your diary to train any AI model. You can export or delete your data at any time from the My Account page.

6. Tips and summaries

None of the Pals use artificial intelligence at this time. All tips, patterns and summaries in the app are generated by simple rules calculated from your own logs, on your own device. They are provided for informational purposes and are never medical advice.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep OnePal available on a best-effort basis but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, or temporarily suspend parts of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using OnePal and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates legal or security risk.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. OnePal is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the app's content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Trial, prices and cancellation

• Every Pal you connect starts with its own free 30-day trial. No payment card is needed.
• After the trial, a Single Pal costs €1,99 per month or €19,99 per year. All Pals costs €4,99 per month or €49,99 per year.
• OnePal is included at no extra cost when you have two or more active Pals.
• You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for; we do not charge again after that.
• When a trial or subscription ends, your existing entries stay viewable and exportable.
• As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a paid subscription. By starting to use a paid Pal right away, you agree that the service starts immediately.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in advance by email or in the app. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you.
